End User License Agreement (EULA) for Modi

PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE MODI MOBILE APPLICATION ("APPLICATION"). BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE APPLICATION, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS EULA, DO NOT USE THE APPLICATION.

1. LICENSE GRANT

Modi ("Developer") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes on a compatible device that you own or control, subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Application. By using the Application, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Harassing, threatening, or harming other users;
• Sharing or distributing explicit, offensive, or illegal content;
• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive activities;
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent the security measures of the Application.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITY FOR GENERATED CONTENT

Users are solely responsible for any images or content they generate through the Application, including compliance with legal and ethical standards.

5. PRIVACY

The use of the Application is subject to the Modi Privacy Policy.
